Bovie OR Pro 300 Used Digital Electrosurgical Generator Available For Sale/Rental

Summary
The OR Pro 300 electrosurgical generator is 300 watt multipurpose medical equipment for use in modern operating rooms and surgical centers. It features both monopolar and bipolar functions to satisfy surgical demands with safety, flexibility, reliability, and convenience.

Ten Blend Settings
Settling for one or two blend modes can become a thing of the past. The OR Pro 300 provides ten different blend settings plus two cut modes. Demanding procedures can be met with up to 300 watts maximum power output.

Two Modes of Monopolar Coagulation
It also includes several modes of coagulation: Coagulation (120 watts maximum power) and Fulguration (80 watts maximum power), plus Bipolar (80 watts maximum power).

Ten Presets
Save the surgeon’s ten most commonly employed settings or mix saved settings for several different surgeons.

Digital Power Control
The OR Pro 300 delivers consistent, repeatable power into varying load impedances with BovieFDFS™ (Fast Digital Feedback System). How fast? How about 5,000 times per second, or twenty times faster than the current industry leader. This feedback can greatly reduce the need for changing the power setting to obtain the desired surgical effect.

Two Cut Modes and Ten Blend Settings
Don’t settle for one or two blend modes anymore. Bovie digital technology allows choice from two cut modes and ten different blend settings. The setting you designate is clearly indicated by the LED blend indicator bar located adjacent to the blend button controls. When one LED is lit, the OR Pro 300 delivers a minimal hemeostatic effect. As the “up” button is pushed, the bar begins to illuminate. As the illumination advances from the bottom to the top, the degree of hemostasis will increase and cutting speed may decrease.

The OR Pro 300 stores settings in memory. When the unit is powered up, a safety system check is performed and the last activated settings are implemented.

Power output of the OR Pro 300 is conveniently calibrated in watts with highly visible illuminated digital displays.

Coagulation Modes
This medical equipment offers two modes of coagulation: Coagulation and Fulguration. Pinpoint coagulation enables precise control of bleeding in localized areas. Fulguration (spray) provides greater control of bleeding in highly vascular tissues over broad surface areas.

Designed for Safety
Electrosurgical safety is in large part a function of good equipment design and safe surgical practices. The OR Pro 300 represents state-of-the-art equipment design employing the latest digital components. Bovie has incorporated automatic safety systems into the OR Pro 300, including self-test circuits, audible tones, discreet outputs, and isolated output circuitry.

BovieNEM™ designates safety is digitally designed inside this unit. The first come first served discrete output design, FCFS™, of the OR Pro 300 improves safety by permitting only one output to be activated at any given time. This feature ensures only the device first activated will be the active device. Secondary commands will not override the first command. As an example: while the monopolar foot controlled output is activated, all handswitching is inactive, as well as the bipolar footswitch capability.

For added safety, this unit has totally separate bipolar controls, discrete output, dispersive electrode fault alarms in both sensing and non-sensing modes, and is constructed with an isolated RF output.

With the combination of isolated power output, its patented BovieNEM™, Bovie FCFS™ technology, and the constant digital monitoring of all functions, the OR Pro 300 is one of the safest electrosurgical systems on the market.

Digital Error Detection
Digital error detection means unsurpassed safety for the surgeon, O.R. staff, and patient. The OR Pro 300 constantly monitors every aspect of the equipment’s output. At the sign of any problem, the machine instantly disables the output and displays the appropriate error code on the display.
