The Heartland Medical Service Team is made up of seasoned Biomedical Technicians
with years of experience. Our team of expert Biomeds can provide preventive maintenance, electrical safety, repair, calibration, inspection, installation, and testing of your medical equipment on your site or off-site bench repair at our Louisville biomedical service depot. Quick turnarounds, loaner equipment, or rentals are available in most instances.
We can be your manufacturer liaison for OEM support and/or to resolve warranty issues. Our Biomedical Engineers are trained specialists that receive continuous, extensive factory/manufacturer training to stay up to date on new technology.
Reduce the risk of needing repair with regular maintenance. Heartland complies with OEM specifications to keep your machines – and your facility – running smooth. Contracts are tailored to the unique requirements of each customer and their machines and schedules.
Service when you need it. Our Biomeds are located in many U.S. regions for fast response times. Technicians carry an inventory of common replacement parts for machines under contract.
